There is no universal standard for which tone marks to use on Pinyin.
In Hack Chinese, you can choose from 3 options:

Marks reflect the original tones, unchanged by tone-change rules. Most resources we've seen use original tones. | Tone marks reflect the spoken tones, taking into account tone-change rules. (Note the í in 你, changed from nǐ). | Both the spoken tones, and the original unchanged tones are displayed for complete understanding. "Both" is the default in Hack Chinese. |
